Guys. If I just stop the writing of this post and you just see a bunch of gibberish, it’s because my computer malfunctioned from the excessive moisture FROM ALL THE TEARS.
I know that so many of you are parents of little ones and it is HARD WORK. It’s hard, back achey, head throbbing, heart pounding work to care for children and I literally could not do it without Jeremy. I can’t brag on him enough right now. He wakes up with the kids every morning….he changes diapers…he feeds the dog….he works at home and he makes time for me to have breaks when I know he hasn’t had one…like for me to get a manicure and for the kids to practice baseball…even when it’s inconvenient and frustrating and requires 20000% more energy and effort….he does all these little things and big things.
He constantly teaches the boys how to be brave and honest and good. He is such a great example of how to be a man. Not just a happy man….seeking his own desires….but how to be a good man….serving others and being happy in that.
His heart is always generous. Except with treats. The man loves his treats. 🙂
He is the best friend I could ask for and the best kind of Dad for these kids. He is the one that teaches them how to be responsible….heaven knows I would fail at that.
He is so tolerant even when they are all melting. He is the kind of father that lets the kids vomit on his shirt, the kind that blow dries the dog and the kind that runs to Walgreens at 1am for baby tylenol.
I can’t tell him thank you enough. Thank you Jeremy. Thank you for giving me the best job in the world. Thank you for making me a mother. Thank you for being the best bit of everything in my life. You make me love this life. You are literally the best father that I could ever dream of for these kids. I know that all these boys want to be just like you and I can not wait to see how your little girl will melt in your smile.
But I couldn’t say it as well as these boys can. These little nuggets wanted to give you their own message and I hope you like it.
Happy Fathers Day Jeremy. I love you!
