I think that brands are getting a whole lot smarter. Today’s brand is Dyson and they have a spectacular giveaway…but first they wanted me to share some dream spaces. How fun is that? They didn’t ask me to talk about their vacuum’s specs or tell me to write four hundred words about suction power or sleek design…although the Dyson DC59 Motorhead has all that….just share a story about a place in my house that would be absolutely perfect in my eyes. What a crazy fun challenge, right?!
So I jumped in. With both feet. And with my hands and head and torso – because they are attached to the feet 🙂 And instead of just coming up with one moodboard…I came up with three. #overachiever #thatsfunny Three spaces that are currently in my house that are unfinished. Three spaces that could be oh-so-dreamy. Three spaces that would make me feel all warm and fuzzy and kinda like I just won an Oscar, Emmy and the lottery and a lifetime supply of full-nights-rest.
First up – the playroom…
Right now the playroom is a hot mess. But I think with a little bit of effort, it could look amazing. I like this concept above because it gives us some really needed things – help to keep it looking clean (dark rugs hide stains!), storage that is fairly indestructible, and accessories that aren’t breakable. If we could keep 98% of the stuff off the floor….holy moly, my life would change.
Second room – the dining room.
This space is a far cry from the playroom but I like to think of it as a playroom for ME. I already have that table and those chairs. The rest needs to come together. The dining room definitely needs storage…like twice as much as any normal person because I tend to hoard dishware more than anything else….and I love a generally neutral color scheme (gold, gray and animal print are neutrals, right?!)….and having some personality always helps too (those lights are screaming personality).
And lastly we have the laundry room.
Yup, our laundry room still isn’t done. It’s been over a year. The shame that is oozing out of your eyes, into the internet and through my computer is burning my fingers right now. Close your mouth…it will get done one day. And maybe then I can make it over with this concept in mind 🙂 The pastels are great. The washable rug is on point. The lights that look like bubbles? In a laundry room? Ironically awesome. The peg board where I can hang everything and anything? Genius. Everything here just looks so simple and clean and happy. That’s exactly how I want to describe my house….simple and clean and happy.

Love the cordless and also it goes on hardwood and carpet. I also think this would be better in stairs, which is my biggest headache right now.
I already own a Dyson and it’s amazing. But it’s a big vacuum. This is CORDLESS! My stairs and car may actually get vacuumed more than once a year!

If we’re talking about Dysons, you have to love the suction right? I would use the everloving glue out of this thing if I won it. Two story house – bottom story has carpet, upper story has dogs. With so much hair. Tumbleweeds of dog hair. And I have a 15 year old Kirby that still cleans like a champ but weighs so much and is so loud that I wait waaaay too long to get it up the steps to clean up after those darn dogs.

I love the fact that it is cordless. That would be fabulous to work with! Dream space: kitchen. We have solid cherry cabinetry so I will definitely keep them even though the doors are a bit dated looking with the arched raised panel. I’m still debating on refacing or not because I hate to waste perfectly good solid wood cabinetry just because. I will definitely refinish them to a bit darker stain. (The hubby forbids painting them.) Anyway, we are going to remove our peninsula and make it one big area with cabinetry that extends by the eat in area which used to be on the other side of the peninsula. We might rearrange appliances and cabinetry a bit, too. Wood look tile floor. Quartz counter tops. Backsplash (will be my first ever!), but I’ve yet to decide the finish. More recessed lighting than the one we have and finally get rid of the fluorescent fixture. Nice vent hood above stove/oven. Coffered ceiling. Sigh.

My dream space is my cozy “new” old dining room and living room! We are just in the end stages of renovating our approximately 100 yr old house. We had it down to the stud walls in July and now we’re at the crown moulding stage. Yeah!! Anyway, I love the idea of a cordless vac that can go from one floor surface to another. I have freshly refinished hardwoods, tile, and plenty of area rugs…and a cat and dog…and three daughters…and a husband. Nuff said. 🙂

I mean, there are a ton of things that would make this vacuum great. My new home (moved in just 3 weeks ago!) has hardwoods, so I like that it works well there. I like the size…we don’t have a ton of closet space so this is a great solution! I also think the easy-to-lift factor is nice.

Ooh, this is fun! I’ve always wanted to try out a Dyson.
I actually like that the canister dumping feature is so easy. We have a canister vacuum and I HATE pulling the whole top off, unhooking the canister, tipping it and getting dirt everywhere, etc. That looks ridiculous easy (in pictures, of course) and a lot cleaner than my typical process.
I would LOVE to win a Dyson. I just can’t afford to spend the $$$ on one right now. I love the fact that it’s cordless and lightweight. Pushing our current vaccuum is a work-out in itself – bulky and incredibly heavy.
No cord! That’d be amazing! I have to unplug and plug in 3 times on each floor to vacuum!

I love that it looks easy to lift and clean odd spaces. Lifting a full-size vacuum up each stair to clean them is a complete pain!
My dream space is an awkward corner in the front of the house that has the computer AND kids toys. I have a great shelving unit and bins to hold everything, but need a fun rug that will hide toddler messes. I’d also love to get a small table where my kid can play. I need it to be the perfect balance of suitable for adults but relatively industructable. As for the dyson motorhead, our downstiars is hardwood, tile and rugs, so the fact that the one vacuum works for all surfaces would be a life-saver!
I love that this Dyson is cordless! I always want to easily vacuum stairs, etc. and this is awesome! I would love to redo our master bedroom, with a king bed, sitting area, etc!
My dream space is a big open kitchen with an island so that we have plenty of space to cook and entertain. I’d love the Dyson Motorhead so that it could get all the crumbs (and microscopic dust) off the floors and is easily storable in pantry!
My dream space would be a bedroom for me that is just for sleeping. Dark walls, black out shades. Sleeping. No one disturbing me, no junk, no other uses. Just sleeping.

As for the Dyson – that it is cordless! I have a pup that loves to lie on the landing of the stairs – and she sheds like a wildabeast! Sadly, there are no plugs near my stairs, so this here is a problem. 🙂
I love this!!! This dyson would be perfect for my living room! I love that I could use it on my wood floors, my area rug, and then even get the couch with it! I have a big dog that sheds a lot, so vacuuming is a daily thing for me!
My dream space would include completely gutting our kitchen/dining room and restarting! I absolute love the versatility of this vacuum and have been searching high and low for a vacuum that can accommodate cleaning my vehicle efficiently – this little beauty looks like the perfect gadget!
Dream space – I have this dream of a not-quite-craft room, a space just for me, where I can start a jigsaw puzzle and leave it out to finish later, with cozy chairs for reading, a spot for my grandmother’s sewing machine… a space just for me and my quirky quirks.
I think my favorite feature of the vacuum is that it works at so many vertical levels. Our house isn’t huge, so if I can replace a slew of cleaning supplies with just one, that is a winner for me.
Obviously my favorite feature is it’s cordless, I hate getting half way up the stair, having to lug the vacuum down while I go unplug it, walk back up with stairs, and start vacuuming again.
I love the fact that it’s lightweight and cordless! My dream space would be to just have a larger house for our growing family. I would love to have a playroom to house all if my kid’s stuff!
I really would love a play room. Wouldn’t it be fun to have your house back so it didn’t look like Toy’s-R-Us threw up all over!?! And I’d take any Dyson out there. Because I think it would make me want to vacuum and that would mean baby girl would find less “stuff” all over the floors!
I’m with you, Katie, my dream space is clean! We have a small house, so it looks cluttered easily. And, with two dogs, a lightweight vacuum with no cord would be perfect to clean all the dirt and grass tracked in by us and the dogs!
My dream space would be my dining room. Soon it will need to serve as both dining room and office. We currently have one wall that is half cabinets, both upper & lower with a counter, and half closet. The cabinet area I plan on turning into a workspace for myself. We just painted the room and soon I plan on painting the cabinets and adding inpirational “working” art in the backsplash area. We also have carpet in there. Carpet. In a dining room. Not the best choice but it is a converted garage and replacing the flooring would be a big undertaking and I am not ready for that yet. BUT, the dyson would be excellet for cleaning up those post meal crumbs from the kiddo! I love how lightweight it is, it would be ideal for extending underneath the table without having to move every chair out of the way simply for post meal cleanup.
I love how lightweight the Dyson is! I have the original Dyson and it is so hard to lug around the entire house sometimes!
My dream space is my master bedroom. I love the cordless feature.
I could clean my hardwoods and go right up my stairs to keep cleaning without having to stop half-way through to unplug and replug upstairs! Plus, this seems easier to use than lugging my full-size vacuum up the stairs.
My dream space will eventually be my kitchen, with tons of drawers and a large island But until then I will enjoy the functional one I have and would love to help keep it clean with the Dyson!

First – I would love a vac that didn’t need a cord… honestly, it makes me a little leary… did you have one of those battery powered curling irons in the 80’s? I had one… it kept it’s charge for like a minute… and I have thick hair, and never could get my whole head curled. BUT… we currently have a dyson, and it’s like my favorite vacuum ever – and if they say their battery holds it’s charge, I’d love to try it out!
As for my dream space? It’d have to be a re-do of our tiny kitchen… (we vacuum our kitchen, for what it’s worth). But I’d love to get rid of our “breakfast bar” and replace it with a grand counter height counter… and add new overhead lighting and some faux wood paneling on the ceiling (farmhouse style), and undercabinet lighting… and new rugs… Our kitchen is definitely the heart of our home… we love cooking and eating… and I think a little bit of an update would go a long way!

My dream space would be a mud room. I dream of hooks, baskets and shoe storage galore!!! Would love one of these vaccums. My Dyson is going on 10 years still works but is a beast to lug up and down stairs. The thought of One hand stair cleaning is too exciting!
Sadly I’m not eligible due to living in Canada, but that’s ok since I already own one!
My husband however wats a second because he would like one for in his garage too – we love that vacuum that much that we need two! It’s perfect for after meal quick clean ups with a toddler – Katie since you’ve got 3 cuties you’ve got the perfect excuse to have a whole bunch!

I like how portable it is! I could clean anywhere with that vac.
I could follow my 10 month old crumb machine daughter and black lab around the house and not have to unplug and replug. Also it can go on all the different floor surfaces. Our new house has a stained cement slab kitchen floor, hardwood, carpet, and tile.
I love that it works on hardwood floors and carpet! Our current vacuum stinks!
My dream space at this point is just a house in general, but especially a spacious kitchen! My husband, dog and I share a small apartment and can’t wait to be able to stretch out in our own space one day. My favorite feature of the Dyson would be that it transitions across carpets and hard floors, because with such limited storage space right now it would be great to have one machine to do it all!
I love my dust buster. I use it to clean up the floor after dinner. I also use it to clean up the kids! I like the Dyson because it’s more powerful and cordless. I could do the whole kitchen and I wouldn’t need to be on my hands and knees!
Cool giveaway! We just replaced all of are carpet floor with hardwood. We have a white Labrador. So the lightweight flexibility would be so helpful on a daily basis!
My dream space in our house is our family room; light-filled, sunny….. and always not clean to say the least. It also has carpet which I hate. So after replacing the carpet with matching hardwood this spot would pretty much be my dream space……

My dream space would for sure be an open and organized space for the kids and all their toys – and that they would magically pick them up all the time. This Dyson is awesome .. and it’s PINK! I love that it says it’s great on hardwood. Our whole house is hardwood and tile and I have yet to find a vacuum that does great on flat surfaces!
My dream space in my house will be a nursery. I have it all planned out just need that baby to get going on it. I love that its cordless I hate dealing with cords but LOVE my Dyson vacuum.
My dream space would be a laundry room that’s actually usable, not just a walk by on your way out the door. I would love, love, love to have a laundry room that actually had some folding space. The Dyson is a dream vacuum. My favorite two features (sorry, can’t name just one) is that it’s cordless and the fact that it allows 24 minutes of cleaning time between charges. I could vacuum my entire floor in 24 minutes!

I CANNOT wait to get to work on our 2nd half bath/laundry room. With one toilet and a growing family – yikes. That doesn’t work well! It’s a small space but I hope to create a lovely play area looking out the two big windows in the room that will be left for the little kiddos.

I’d really love this for use in a finally finished kitchen. My kitchen is leaps and bounds better than it was (a tiny 1961 condo galley kitchen) but when it’s actually done (things painted, the rest of a wall taken out, a reconfiguration of a few appliances and a replaced fridge) I’d love to use this to help me keep it clean!!

I’m obsessed with my canister Animal Dyson vacuum and would LOVE this cordless one to make smaller jobs easier. The compact design and cordless feature would make daily (or semi-daily) floor cleaning possible for me! I already have my dream space… it’s my newly remodeled kitchen. It would be more dreamy though if I had this cordless vacuum to keep it clean 😉
I love the cordless feature. I have tried so many handheld cordless type vacuum cleaners. They are never very strong. I imagine a Dyson product would have good suction and battery life.
I have a Dyson that i LOVE. We just moved into our second home and it has stairs to the *gasp* basement so I now need a way to zip zip zip up the stairs.

Obviously I love that it’s cordless, but also that it goes from hardwood to carpeting without having to change some setting! I’m dreaming of a light bright laundry room. Since it’s a task I dread, I’m thinking if the space is cheery it will make me slightly more likely to go in there and do laundry:)
My dream space would be a new Master bedroom suite. As far as the Dyson? Cordless of course. I hate having to deal with a cord wrapping around furniture legs, or anything else. Also, it’s pink! 🙂
My dream space would be uncluttered, with lots of neutral surroundings and accents (photography, pillows, side tables) in seasonal colorful brights.
We just moved into a rental house for 1-2 years, and it is basically *nothing* like my dreams (but it was assigned by hubby’s job, so we took what we could get for our family of nearly-5), but a new cordless Dyson motorhead would be a dream here. With the mix of industrial carpet, antique hardwoods, and curling laminate, all up and down 2 flights of stairs, the lightweight, cordless, adjustable neck vacuum would make keeping this mix cleaner so much easier with nearly-3 kids than my heavy 8-year old traditional Dyson (which works great, but the cord and weight make it trickier with new spaces and more messes to haul it toward).
My dream space is a large, walk-in closet with cabinets, shoe organizers, jewelry stands, etc. Essentially a space to house all of my “stuff” to free up space in my bedroom.
I love the lightweight and cordless features of the Dyson. And of course, I just love that it is a Dyson because they make amazing products.
Our play room would have space on all four walls for bins, bins and more bins to corral the toys that seem to multiply over night. LOVE the balance of the Dyson, being able to get high spaces without a chair is key!
My dream space is small and cozy with plenty of storage to hide the clutter of my family of soon-to-be-4. It would have lots of light and some quirky details. Love the look of this vacuum- versatile and easy to store away!

My dream space would be our basement! It hold our laundry room (closet), office, and play area of the kids. It currently is the place things go to die! I want to make it functional, cozy, and inviting. The vacuum would be perfect to get those hard to reach places behind the couch where spiders (EW!) hide.
Favorite part of this vacuum… all of it! Cordless, lightweight, great suction and good looking. My dream space is a mostly white living room where dogs with dirty paws aren’t allowed.
I LOVE that its powerful AND cordless! Right now when I vacuum its such a pain to have to unplug and then replug constantly as I work my way through the house, especially vacuuming up the stairs! To have a powerful, but CORDLESS vacuum would be AWESOME!!

My husband and I live in a 150 year old upstairs apartment that we LOVE, BUT like any rental, it has me dreaming of being a homeowner with the ability to further customize our space…
My dream space is an open concept kitchen/dining/living space. Having a kitchen that flows directly to a dining nook near lots of windows sounds like perfection. The decor would be a touch of industrial rustic without going overboard. We have collected and built a lot of our own furniture and decor thus far and I’m sure we’d continue to do so 🙂
As far as the dyson is concerned, probably 90% of the reason I don’t vacuum more often is because I hate messing with the cord. So CORDLESS? Holy canoli, I need.
I love that this can go anywhere! I would love to be able to just go from doing my carpets to being in the garage and handling all the pesky things in my car. My dream room involves cream colored cabinetry and a large range stove!
I already own a Dyson but CORDLESS?! I don’t think this could be capitalized enough. How awesome! I could vacuum the stairs, do quick clean ups after my kiddos eat, or hey! Since it’s lightweight maybe let them do some vacuuming. Sounds like a dream. 😉
I would love to have a dream master bathroom! One that’s luxurious, relaxing, almost a getaway feel to it. I’m not a big bathtub fan, so preferably a huge walk-in shower as part of a bathroom that makes you feel like you’re in some 5-star resort at the beach. Plus privacy. Right now, we have a huge clear window IN our shower that gives a nice show to the neighbors every morning. It’s currently being covered up by some ugly plastic blinds that are just getting beaten down by the humidity and water in the shower….it’s an awful sight. I love the feature of the SUCTION of this vacuum! What I hate more than cleaning is having to RE-clean because the vacuum didn’t pick up everything the first time! And with as much hair as I shed during my blow-drying/straightening process, it would be so nice to have that picked up quickly, easily, and efficiently!
How can I pick a feature that I like more than the fact that it’s cordless? That’s amazing. And I need a new vacuum… having one would make ALL of my spaces more dreamy!
My dream space would be my eat-in kitchen – dreams include adding cabinets and counter to function as a desk or buffet, making the wall separating the space from the living room into a half way and adding a banquet – dreamy!! I love everything about the dyson, but the fact that it goes from wood to carpet is my favorite. And because I have wood floors from the 90’s (aka thin slats with grooves) it would be amazing to actually be able to suck stuff out of all the grooves!
My dream space is a walk-in closet with tons of built in storage and a fun chandelier! I love that it has 24 minutes of power. I have one of those tiny hand held ones that only lasts about 5 minutes before you have to plug it back in….not useful!
I have not one but TWO horrible vacs. I drag them throughout the house, stopping each time the floor type changes and stopping to unplug along the way. A cordless “I can clean any kind of floor” vac would make my day. I don’t need a fancy car or big diamonds, I just need clean, dog fur free floors.
Dream space – well that would be a new kitchen. It’s time to get rid of those builder grade cabinets/icky counter top and horrid back splash tile from the 1990’s.
My dream space would be a HUGE craft room that was fully stocked from ceiling to floor with supplies and no one could come in there….ever! lol

I love love love that this is so lightweight (for ma’ little muscles) and can be used to clean high up places. My dream space is light and earthy– I’ve tried to achieve this in my apartment but restrictions being what they are, most of my plans are still stuck in my head. Womp womp.
My first choose dream room would also be a playroom! I may only have one child but I swear he has the toys of five children. I love that the vacuum has 3x the suction. We have a few dogs and you have to get as much fur out of carpet as possible!

I love that the Dyson transitions so easily between carpet and other surfaces. We currently own a Dyson and with hardwood, tile, and carpet, it makes vacuuming the floors that much easier!
My dream space would be the cozy nook in our master bedroom. I’d love to create a space to just lounge or read a magazine or a book in my free time – haha, what’s that?! But we are dreaming, right?!

About the Dyson vacuum…I love how lightweight it is. Right now I’m dragging a beast of a vacuum up and down the stairs and it doesn’t even suck up all the stuff. ….and lets be honest….I’ve only vacuumed the stairs 2 times since we moved in 1.5 years ago…haha. My vacuum is too cumbersome and heavy. Would love to win this!

My dream space is anywhere that has a view of the water, preferably an ocean. I live in a land locked area and I hate it! Bring me a beach and I can deal with ugly carpet, panelling, whatever!! My favourite feature of the dyson is the versatility — I have a small house so it’d be great to have one vacuum to clean the carpet, hardwood, car, walls, etc.

dream space: big island in the kitchen that is open to the living room. muted colors, happy children, possibly something baking in the double ovens and nothing sticking to my socks….no crumbs, co cereal. Oh and another baby, which probably negates the whole idea of nothing stuck to my socks, but hey I love babies!!!

The features I love about the DC59 Motorhead are the increased power of the brush bar to better remove ground in dirt and how easy it use to use since it has no cord and it’s light weight. It would be great for my tri-level home. Carrying a big heavy vacuum up and down stairs and constantly changing out where I plug it in is a pain.
Oh wow, this is awesome! I’ve had the same vacuum since my first year after college and – now that we bought our first house – am in dire need of a “real” vacuum. I think this Dyson would fit the bill perfectly! We are just about to build a small master suite and it would be so nice not to be trapped by a cord, as well as to be able to handle both hard wood and carpet with one go. Very cool!
24 minutes of cleaning time, no question! We have the very first Dyson stick vac and it doesn’t last long enough to clean much. That is a HUGE improvement. 🙂 My dream space is a BIG kitchen with lots of storage!

We have the original dyson that we received as a wedding gift 10 years ago this year and we still LOVE it! 🙂 My dream space would be my bedroom…as I’m almost done baking baby #3 i’d upgrade to a king size bed to be able to fit all my loves in it for snuggling and it’s time for an update to the bed linens as well….we could use a little pattern or color to spice up our decor in there….can you just come design that for me while I take a nap? 😉
I have ALWAYS wanted to own a Dyson but haven’t saved up enough to pull the trigger on buying one. I would absolutely love having this to integrate into my cleaning routine. The lightweight design and ability to tackle hardwoods as well as carpet/rugs is EXACTLY what I need!
My dream space is to revamp our living room. It is our casual hangout room, our library, our tv area, etc all in one room. I have dreams of making some smart design and layout choices to enhance the way we use the room and to make it more stylish in the process.

The cordless feature!!! I have a decent vacuum but the short cord – Sooooo frustrating. My dream space would be a loving update for my kitchen. Bare bones are fine but I want new paint, pretty backsplash and a new refrigerator. Oh, and since all new refrigerators are 1-2 inches taller than the 18 year old one I am trying to replace I need design help with the upper cabinet. Seriously people – why would standard fridges have gotten taller??? I can’t function with a 21 cf fridge:)
My dream space right now is our living room, our house is so tiny that from our living room couch you can see out three sides of the house, but that means we have gorgeous light! We just added a vintage kilim I found in an estate sale and this vacuum would be perfect for our small house where storage space is a premium! I love the docking station that keeps everything corralled in one place! We’d been hesitant to buy a cordless vacuum since we’ve read that they don’t have as much power, but with 3x the suction of any other, this one seems to fit the bill!

I love that it is cordless and has 24 minutes of cleaning time, we live in a two story house and our wolf/dog hybrid sheds like it is her job so we vacuum daily and need a good lightweight cordless to help us with the stair transition.

oh, dream spaces… I’d love to just have one room in my house complete. My house has all the components to BE my dream home, I just don’t have the time/money. But if I had to pick one, I think I would go with my living room. Floor to ceiling bookshelves, hard wood, over-sized comfy chairs, lots of light pouring in, accenting bold, bright painting displayed throughout. I want an adult room just begging you to nestle down and enjoy.
That all being said, I’m a single Mom with two very active little girls. A cordless vacuum? That’s like a dream. I could cut my vacuuming time in half, and be able to do the stairs and everywhere else easily while the kids are distracted for 5 minutes.
It’s the dream next generation of the dust buster (which gets HARD USE in our home). If I won, I might cuddle, and love it and hold the vacuum for ever.

My dream space would be my master bedroom. It’s in desperate need of a makeover. It has hardwood floors and a rug, so that vacuum would be AWESOME for that transition.
My dream space would be my basement. There are so many things i want to do in there. Wall to wall built-ins with a murphy bed for guests, tons of toy storage and refacing the fireplace. I’d LOVE to be able to vacuum my stairs without lugging my huge one up and down all 3 floors.
I think my dream space would be a bathroom with loads of storage, clean floors, side lights, and a counter easy to wipe down. Currently we are in the midst of remodeling ours and it has NO storage. Awful.
The cordless vacuum would be super handy in a long, long rambler like mine. i sort of hate having to find a new outlet in every room since the rooms are big enough and far enough away from each other that I can never vacuum more than one in a go.

I have the DC44 and by far the best feature is the cordless aspect and also the suction that picks up fine dust on hardwoods. I would love to upgrade to the DC59!

My dream space is my office in our new home. Previous owners used it as a dining room but it functions so much better this way for our family. It’s bare bones at the moment, but I’d love a gorgeous buffet/side table (for storage), a big comfy office chair, gorgeous rug, and place for my son to work alongside me.
I love the flexibility of this vacuum – how you can use it on hard floors and carpet, but yet it is compact and cordless! It would be perfect for my dream kitchen that is open to a den area.
Dream space? My dream space is still in my head because my current kitchen is so SMALL! I, too, hoard dishware like there’s no tomorrow and I don’t have enough cabinets, the ones I do have are from the 70’s and they are all placed in a teeny tiny galley kitchen. I want a window over my sink! I want tiles that look like hard wood, I want butcher block cabinets, white, white, cabinets, a glamorous backsplash of glass tile. As far as the Dyson goes, LOVE the cordless feature. I HATE, hate, hate the cord on my vacuum. Last night, whilst vacuuming my bedroom, I was really on a roll…went to move into the hallway and down the steps and guess what? I was yanked back just like a cartoon when I ran out of cord space. Ugh. It really ruined my vacuuming groove I had going last night. So, I had to stop, unplug, find a closer outlet, replug the vacuum in and then keep going. Life is really tough when you have a corded vacuum….LOL #firstworldproblems

I think my favorite feature of this incredible machine is just the fact that it’s easy to lift! I hate hauling my giant sweeper up and down stairs. This puppy is perfect!

My dream space – KITCHEN! We spend so much time in there, and that is basically the only room in the house that the previous owner didn’t do enough upgrade. Once we have the cabinets painted, countertop and overhead lights changed, and it will be my dream kitchen.
What I love about Dyson is that it is cordless. It is also smaller and more powerful than my current vacuum.
CORDLESS! I also love that it is meant to be used on hard woods and carpets. I try to do that with our vacuum anyway, but it doesn’t always work so well.
Love that it covers all types of floors. Love the Dyson that I have now, several years old, so its a heavier model. It would be great to have one that was easy to take out and clean real quick, and also take just the hand held part to clean the car. Love Dyson!!! PICK ME!!

We have put off decorating it (we’ve lived here almost four years and there’s nothing hanging on the walls — eek!), but we just ordered a wingback tufted navy blue headboard: it’s amazing! I already have a standard upright Dyson, so I am 100% sold on their awesomeness… but oh my GOODNESS I would love this to be able to clean my stairs without breaking my back! Whoever invented carpeted stairs is the bane of my existence. Dream space is an organized mudroom- my favorite feature of the Dyson DC59. Motörhead is it is cordless and can keep my mudroom dreamy!
I like how small it is! We have a tiny closet that has to fit our laundry machines and all our cleaning supplies and my roommate’s vacuum takes up ALL the space.
My dream space is our open living room, dining room, kitchen, and foyer. Half has nasty old tile and half has nasty old carpet. We’re hoping to install hardwoods in the next year or so, so I love that the Dyson D59 Motorhead will work on those hard floors as well as the carpets in the rest of the house. I love that it captures microscopic dust! As an allergy sufferer, anything to help on that front is great! My dream space would be a dining room. One with a long, beautiful wood table and upholstered chairs. I feel like so many great memories are formed around a good table filled with friends and family and having a beautiful space to welcome those people into would be perfect for me. And of course, a cordless vacuum to catch all those food crumbs would be the icing on the cake!

I have a major obsession with my Dyson DC50. It is the bomb-digitty. No doubt. I love this DC59 for my grandma. Removing the obstacle of bending to plug and unplug the vacuum as she moves about the house would be so very great for her! Especially since she vacuums her living room on the daily due to a shedding cat. To be able to zip out with that cordless model would be so great for her. And she’d love that pink!

my dream space does not exist in my current house. i would one day LOVE to have a big mud room that houses the washer/dryer, a utility/dog wash sink AND all associated dog paraphernalia (her bed, food bowls, etc). my sweet lab is a hairy mess, so i would love to keep her out of the main house and contained to the mudroom when i’m not at home. said mudroom would also have a doggy door that connected to my (fictional) covered back patio so she could be inside or outside if she wanted all while NOT tracking mud or dead animals into my home. a girl can dream, right?
i think it goes without saying that the dc59 would come in super handy in my current (small, much more modest home sans fabulous mudroom) to keep the dog hair and mess at bay. those machines are BEASTS when it comes to hair!

My vaccuum is heavy, has like a 2 foot cord it seems & it rarely works! So…I need this!!! I have hardwoods but we have rugs in all of the rooms. Again…I NEED THIS! 🙂

Dream space includes lots of mid-century furniture, light colored walls with punches of color in pillows, rug and sofa. Love my current dyson animal vac but its heavy – cordless?! would be amazing – two words – ANIMAL HAIR.
Cordless! – to be able to go through my apartment and not have to plug and replug in different rooms would be fantastic.
As for dream space – I have a closet off my dining room and want to make it into a pantry/storage space. i have the shelves, just haven’t had the time to clear it out and install.
It’s really nice that the Dyson is portable, versatile and comes with tools. But my favorite feature? It’s PINK!
My dream space – I’m working on my dining room. I’d like to channel Ana White and build a farmhouse-style table, maybe similar to the one you have in your mood board, paint an existing dresser we have in there, change out the lighting fixture, and eventually swap the carpet (I know, carpet in the dining room – it’s awful) for either hardwoods (because -awesome!) or hardwood-look tile (because – low maintenance!).

My dream space would be a new living room! Right now we have a eclectic combination of hand-me-down furniture and some starter-house stuff we bought together when we first moved in. Five years and a 3-month old baby later, we are still trying to figure out how to make the space work for our needs.
I love the cordless feature of the Dyson! Our house has some really wonky outlets (only about half of which currently work) so the thought of not having the cord constantly fall out of the outlet socket while vacuuming is amazing. It might even mean that I’d clean our house more than once every few months 🙂
So hard to pick just one feature that I love about this Dyson, but I guess it would have to be the way it’s weighted so you can clean above your head. We live in a forest in the Pacific Northwest which means spiders, oh how they freak me out! I’d love to keep my distance while cleaning webs off the ceiling. As for my dream space, our basement…which is more hole than space right now, but I have visions of giant playroom/family living area for the future.
I would sooo love a cordless Dyson! I don’t have the $$ to buy one… and I could really use it! I have hardwood floors plus two cats. I think you can imagine how awesome my floors look. 😉 A cordless Dyson would make cleaning up the fur tumbleweeds & stray litter so much easier! I hate sweeping and my current vacuum is a beast.

My dream space would be a playroom! Nothing fancy, just a fun space to put All. The. Stuff! Kids have so much STUFF, who knew?! But since that won’t be happening anytime soon in the house we live in, I just struggle with storage. I love love love my Dyson Animal Ball Vac, but that thing is kind of a beast so I have to store it upstairs. Dragging it up and down can be a pain (and my excuse for dirty floors, ahem) so I love that the DC59 is so compact! So slim it would fit in the tiny corner of my kitchen, and I might even feel inclined to clean up the cheerios and crumbs that seem to have taken up permanent residence.
My dream space would be a beautiful kitchen where everyone felt welcome and at home (a family room that does that would be great too).

I’ve been jonesing for a new vacuum, and I think the universe knows. Target has had Dysons on sale and on Cartwheel and now this. THIS!! I have a toddler, a newborn any day, 4 cats, a bird, and an inherently messy husband. My dream space would be one that would be clean. At least for a whole day. Dream space is currently the little nursery we are working on for baby #1. We’ve got a fab mix of carpet and wood floors in there and this sucker (no pun intended) would make this first time momma less panicked about all those germs our feet will carry into this sweet little angels room!

My favorite feature would be how unbelievably SMALL it is! Call my punk or weak but I hate pushing around a vacuum! I also love the hygenic bin emptying… I’m allergic to dust and always make my man empty out the vacuum 😉 so it would be nice (for him) for me to be able to do it myself!
Dream space: Right now it is my library. I LOVE reading and right now my bookshelf is overstuffed and I’d like to get 3 ikea hemnes bookcases in grey-brown and a big cushy chair 🙂 Right now my library shares a space with my dining room – so hopefully in the future I can separate the two! Once my library has it’s own room – I’d like to paint the walls a warm gray and have a few bright, colorful pieces of art on the walls and my chair would have to be leather or a light color…(I have white cats ;)) and a nice big area rug and a floor lamp to complete the space!

My dream spouse in my apartment right now is the little desk nook in the living room – there are three walls of windows and it looks out into the trees because we are on the second story – its so sunny and wonderful! My favorite feature of the vacuum is definitely the fact that it doesn’t have a cord. We have a longggg apartment and I hate having to constantly switch outlets!

My dream space is my kitchen.. I have a wire orb light fixture over my table, white walls, a (half finished) banquette seat and bright blue tolix-like chairs. I want to eventually tile the floor with 12×24 grey tile, get new stainless appliances, build a rustic wood dining table, get new widow coverings, paint my cabs tuxedo (white up, grey down), install new hardware, add can lighting in the main kitchen area/a new pendant above the sink, get a white quartz counter and add some pops of color with accessories and art.

we have a dyson and i love it! it’s so easy to maneuver. but the part that i hate is doing the stairs. i love how this has a little part that comes off and you don’t have to lug the whole thing, trying to balance it on the narrow stairs while stretching the hose as far as possible.
I like how portable it looks, plus Dyson is known for being powerful and all around awesome!

My dream space would be my craft room. Over the last 3 years I have tried to make it a functional space with lots of storage. This Dyson would be perfect fir this area since it is at the top of our stairs and craft items, such as glitter and pieces of paper often decide they would like to see our downstairs area via the staircase. Oh… cordless, and with all those attachments! Our stairs just accumulate dog hair in the corner of each tread, and I have to lug our huge vacuum out and up the stairs to deal with it. (So… it doesn’t get dealt with very frequently). Dreamspace? Our living room: organized, which it most certainly is not right now. Maybe our toddler will grow up with some sort of knack for organization and cleaning… (those genes won’t come from me!)

My dream space would be a huge, open multi use space. Think Kitchen that opens to a large dining space that opens to a large family room. The ceilings would be high with beams for character, and there would be lots of windows for natural light. Everything would be light and airy and breezy for comfortable living.
Now for my favorite part about the Dyson DC59 Motorhead–I love that it is cordless and can be transported from downstairs to upstairs so easily.
I love the sleek design and playful colors of Dyson products. My favorite feature of this vacuum is how tiny it is! Probably half the size or less than my current machine. Plus, I know it will make me happy, just seeing this beauty waiting for use in my pantry. 🙂

We are moving next week so I’ve been thinking a lot about dream spaces! I’d like to tackle the laundry room first. Maybe because I’m so excited to have a washer and dryer. We haven’t had one the last 6 months. 4 of those with a newborn. Anyhow, I want to stencil the walk the w/d is on dark teal with some big repeating design. I’d like a counter over the w/d stained dark. Then some open shelving, with lots of baskets to hide the junk!

I’ve been oogling over this vacuum! I love that it works very well on all carpets, because we have lots of hardwood, tile, high pile, and low pile carpets and area rugs! My dream space right now would be a bedroom that has clothes IN the dressers and closet instead of stacked on top of the dressers and unpacked moving boxes! This dream space would also finally have a king sized bed and the perfect little nook to put our nursery corner in for when the little peanut arrives! The carpet to floor feature would be fantastic to pick up all the dog dirt and hair from the area rugs I need to put down so baby can have room to crawl and play. The balanced one handed capabilities will be awesome when I’m doing housework while tending to a newborn. And the fact that it has the same technology as a full sized Dyson in that nifty little package, that must be the best feature of all!
My mom has this cordless Dyson and it’s awesome for when you want to vacuum something up quickly without having to drag out the big vacuum. It is such a great size and easy to use, it would be AMAZING to have one of my own. I love a clean house but vacuuming is not my favorite thing to do in the world, having this cordless version would inspire me to pull it out every day.

My cabinet stain is pealing off so I want to paint them white and replace the tile counters with Carrera marble (dream big, right?). I love that the Dyson Motorhead is lightweight, cordless and the hygenic bin emptying. For my dream space I would love to make over our master bedroom. We just got a new mattress set and it is higher than our old set so now I feel like the room needs a makeover. I’d love to build a new upholstered headboard with storage on the sides. I want white board & batten and Navy walls. Hardwood floors and a beautiful neutral rug. I can’t decide on the accent color sometimes I lean toward greens but then I see a beautiful room with Navy and Coral. But I’m not sure if my husband would think it is too feminine.

My dream space is my kitchen — I would add more cabinets, counter space and better flooring — plus some awesome fun kitchen artwork that I always seem to gravitate towards! The cordlessness (I don’t think that’s really a word) and the long handle look awesome… much better than the huge corded vaccuum and dust buster that I use now and have to crawl around on the floor!

My dream space would be our playrooms with matching storage. My favorite feature of the Dyson is that it’s cordless.
I know it’s crazy, but I love vacuuming! Seeing all that dirt get picked up in the matter of minutes. I’m sure I would vacuum twice as often with this little (amazingly little) guy. And the fact that it’s cordless is awesome!
I love that it’s cordless! Looks like it would be really good for cleaning stairs too! I’m slowly working on getting my living room as close to my dream room as possible. I have the lighting, furniture and rug. Now I just have to accessorize which I’m finding a bit difficult!
I love that this is cordless and hardwood floor-friendly! My dream space is actually seasonal. We recently moved to a new place and though it is tiny (tradeoff of living in the city!) I keep envisioning how perfect the living room and mantel will look decorated for Christmas. Is it bad that the first thing I think of when I walk into most homes is where the perfect Christmas tree spot is?!
Right now, my dream space is my office. So far, I’ve changed the paint color from the previous 4 people (goodbye, baby-poo green!) to a great grey blue (hello, stormy night!). And brought in a bookshelf. #stacksonstacksonstacks
My favorite thing about this Dyson? I’d actually be able to vacuum the office. LOL (It’s the little things…)

I love that you can clean ceilings! My dream space would be my bathroom. My dream is to have a huge walk-in closet, separate toilet, lighted vanity, claw foot tub, skylight, all decorated in shades of blue, green, and light brown. Ahhhhh…heaven.
With hardwood, tile, and area rugs, plus a two floor house, all of this Dyson’s features are my favorite!

I own a Dyson Animal but it’s too large (read..heavy) for me to vacuum stairs. This cordless one will be amazing for the stairs and the hardwood floors in my house!
I would love this vacuum! We have a dyson that is wonderful, but would love flexibility with the cordless feature. I want to redo our bedroom so bad, it is so boring!
OMG I need this vacuum. I have seen the commercial for this miracle cleaner a dozen times or so and every time I look at the hubby longingly and tell him that I need it in my life. Like yesterday. Revolutionary. He thinks I am nuts and that there is no way we are buying a vacuum that is the cost of two months of car payments. He just doesn’t understand the stair struggle…..the stair struggle people!! The cordless feature is fantastic as well.
My dream space would be turning my kitchen into the white cabinet, hardwood floor, blue and green back splash beach oasis. Right now it is very country bumpkin with tan cabinets and flowered wallpaper. So not this ladies style. I would also love to have the laundry room you do, even with it unfinished! Mine is currently in the basement, which just creeps me out. Not because it is a basement, but because it is an unfinished, can’t be finished, 1920’s basement. Spiders wait in stealth mode for me to come down. ATTACK!!!
I need this vacuum in my life. I can’t get my vacuum up and down the stairs to well, and forget about actually vacuuming the stairs it’s too bulky for that. From the pictures this looks like it would be a dream to use on the stairs.
Right now my dream space is my master bath, I just finished tiling the floor and I put in a new toilet. I just want to hang out in there all day
Cordless and easy for our carpeted steps? Yes please! My dream space would be a big, comfy living room with plenty of places to curl up and read while the kids play.
My living room is a work in progress as we speak and I could desperately use the whole cordless feature as well as how light it is. With 5 cats (yes I said five) I have to vacuum every day and lugging my huge old vaccum around the house is such a pain. Plus having to switch outlets a million times.
My dream space is bright and crisp, lots of whites, and comfy furniture. Just the right amount of decor, plenty of seating for lots of company to lounge. My favorite feature of the dyson is the fact that it is cord-free! I have a Shark which cleans well but I am forever knocking something over with the cord, getting tangled up, etc. Love that animal print rug for your dining room!! Looking forward to seeing your progress (it no shame in your slow-roll…it makes me feel better about the teeny steps I’m taking toward making this house a home!).
My dream space would definitely be a mid-century ranch filled with mid-century furniture. I’m not too complicated, haha. As for the DC59, I am really fond of the 24 minute cleaning time. That’s enough time to vacuum my entire 1,440 sq. ft. house!
I love that it’s so slim. Large storage space is lacking in our house and a vacuum I can just pull out and cover both our hardwoods and area rugs, but with the suction of a Dyson would make my stress levels decrease!
My dream room would be to close off the laundry area form the rest of our unfinished basement. Put in a rubber mat floor, paint, and make it seem like less of an after thought.
My dream space is a library. Lots of beautiful shelves to hold my books. Comfy chairs. Bright. Cheerful. Lovely. Relaxing.
And what is there not to like about this little vacuum? Wow! Cordless and lightweight. I also like that it glides from carpet to hardwood. So easy!!
PINK! It’s PINK! And its super lightweight which means I can take it all over our tri-level home with ease!
My dream space would have to be the nursery for our baby on the way!
The closet in which this dream machine would hang would be my dream space. But really my living/dining which I’m trying to constantly unclutter and make look nice, but these two small boys I know walk behind me throwing toys, food and anything they can find. At least with this, the floors would be occasionally be clean?!

My favorite feature is definitely the docking station. I don’t have a broom closet, so my current vacuum just floats around from room to room. This would be nice to tuck into a corner or the garage and I always know where it is!

Always wanted a Dyson, but never has fit the budget. The features I love on this model are 1)cordless!, 2) hygienic disposal (yay, no more dirty hands!) and the size. My dream space right now is my 36′ motorhome as we’re getting ready to sell the house and live/travel in it full time. I’d like to replace the carpet with vinyl, replace the flowered some with something more neutral and redo the window coverings to include blackout curtains in the bedroom. This vac would really work well in my new space!

Oh my! I’ve been in some serious need of a good vacuum for the past 5 years. Call me Monica Geller; I love to deep clean! It’s hard to choose, but I really like how it has an adjustable reach so it’s easy to use on sofas and stairs, but also on the floor. That’s really important for a shorty like me.
My dream space would be my kitchen. I live in an apartment rental so I can’t/shouldn’t make any major changes, but the kitchen just kills me. I’d get white cabinets, hardwood floors, tear down a wall for more sunlight, and change the layout (the appliance sort of float by the wall without any cabinets/counters grounding them).
My dream space would be an organized office, the clutter in here is ridiculous. My favorite feature of the Dyson is that it’s cordless and so skinny looking!

We have a Dyson right now but I would LOVE cordless since my two little boys are ALWAYS making messes. Dragging out the vacuum, moving all the toys away from the outlet, and trying to make sure they don’t trip on the cord is a pain…so our house usually is a disaster. ;(
My dream space is the kids playroom. I want to be able to contain the chaos and have an engaging environment for them. the fact that this vacuum works well on all surfaces and is easy to use would make it perfect for keeping the playroom clean. Also, I’m moving into a home with stairs for the first time in my life and I feel like this could work really well for that.
Hmm, I’d love a new and updated dining room. Our current one constantly has crumbs on the rug from little children. That cordless feature is sounding pretty awesome for keeping a new rug clean!

Wow, thanks for hosting this giveaway! With three kids, two dogs and a cat a powerful cordless vacuum is my dream! I love my little swifter vac but it isn’t good on carpet of any kind. I just saw this Dyson at my local Costco the other day and was able to try it out. I need to keep saving! The powerful suction, cordless feature, ability to clean carpets, along with the two year warrantee have me sold! My dream space would be to install hardwoods in our entire first floor to make dirty paw and foot print cleanup easier!
I LOATHE cleaning stairs cause I am constantly fighting with our upright (which is the Dyson Ball – Animal ca. 5 years ago) I love it for the flat floors, but man is it not very convenient. My stairs may actually get vacuumed more than twice a year if I had this! Jk (sorta) 🙂

Best feature: the hygienic cleaning! I get the floors all dirty again when I have to empty our current vacuum. My dream space would be an outdoor patio with string lights that magically don’t attract more mosquitoes, enough room on a patio/deck for dining and for kids to play, and a big ole garden off to the side!

I am with you all the way on the laundry room. With kids, it has to be a functioning mud room and catch all before we bring more dirt into the house! The cordless function is my favorite without having to sacrifice power!
My dream room right now would be my entryway. We’re getting ready to move & I would love to have a house that has a defined entry room. Big table against a wall that I can decorate seasonally. A big rug & bulky chandelier!

My kitchen is my dreamspace. One with plenty of storage and a pantry and a place to put all the baby stuff I’m newly dealing with.
I like the increased cleaning time. Most of the other cordless dysons last less than 20 minutes.
I like the portability of it and that it could reach the taller part of my ceiling to get those dreaded ‘webs
My dream space would be one without carpet everywhere! We have some builder-grade-special- shag all over our house, and I would LOVE hard wood instead in our main living areas.

I love that it goes from hardwood to carpet and would be perfect for my husband (the only vacuumer in our house) to use in our baby’s sweet nursery, which will be much sweeter when we have a vacuum that can keep up with our dog tearing through the nursery trash all the time!

My dream space will be my master bath which is in Reno mode at the moment but it is the last room in our home to get dome love and I can’t wait to take a bath as soo. As it is done! As for the vacuum, IT’S Cordless!!! That is amazing no having to unplug and mess up your grove b/c you ran out of cord. Also it works on carpet and wood a must for our hone!
My dream space is my open floor plan kitchen/dining/living combo–it is a FAR cry from finished and I am dreaming of the day we can hang up the tools and enjoy the space! We are currently ripping up nasty green carpet, stone tile and parquet wood flooring (yep, all three in one area) to replace with a wood laminate flooring. My fav feature of this Dyson…well, I have two. I like its smaller size–right now we have a Hoover that is super heavy and difficult to move around–I hate using it. I also like the Dyson’s microscopic dust catching abilities. My hubby and I have insanely awful allergies and we have pets (craziness), so dust is the bane of my existence. This sweet little Dyson would help with both problems!!
What a great give-away. The space we have been struggeling the most with is our Den in the basement that is our all the time kid proofed room. We have a good game going on storage but still need to pull it all together so it still feels like a family space and not just a toy store 🙂 Love love love that this bad boy is cordless and lighwheight for the smaller jobs. Have a larger Dyson that I love but this would be a great additional to keep my old guy company 🙂

I love that it is cordless and that it works great on hard surfaces and back to carpet. No settings to adjust for the area rug etc. My dream space would our master bath. We purchased an unsealed destroyed slate shower forcing us to basically gut the bathroom and start over.

My dream space is a master bedroom free of wall-to-wall carpet, with a king sized bed, giant headboard and bedding that makes you want to dive in. I see those super cozy rooms all the time and just can’t seem to get mine to share the feeling.
My two favorite parts of the Dyson are that you can go from carpet to hardwood without changing the attachment and its easy to clean stairs. I have one of the bigger Dyson’s and I love it, but lugging it up the stairs stinks.
My favorite feature is that it’s cordless. I love my “big” Dyson for so many jobs but I don’t always want to haul it our for the smaller pickups. And my dream space? Our bedroom. We need a haven to escape to for quiet talks and one on one time. We’re working on transforming our space.

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and just got done tearing out old carpet, sanding and varnishing the beautiful hardwood floors we found underneath! We’re also setting up the nursery…can we say cutting it close?! This vacuum would be awesome for all the beautiful floors we have in our house now!

We have a newly finished family room in the basement, which is our dream room come true… this Dyson would help us keep it clean due to it’s being so lightweight and we can bring it up and down the stairs so easily. It’s a big room so not having to unplug/plug it in would be awesome!

I love the fact that it’s cordless – I would vacuum my car more often. My dream kitchen has smooth surface floors, an island w/seating and a pull-out garbage/recycling drawer. Then I will know that I’ve made it!!

Can I say that I everything about the Dyson DC59 was my favorite? My dream space is out living room, it’s where we spend most of our time and it has so much potential! But for some reason it attracts dust like none other. Right now, we have centralized vacuuming and the cords and hoses that I have to drag around are such a pain, I would love to have something cordless! And it works on hardwood and carpet? Be still my beating heart.
My dream space would be tearing out the wall between my kitchen and living room for an awesome great room with hardwood and carpet, a fireplace, built-ins and more. I would love this vacuum because of the balanced design part where you can vacuum up walls and around the ceiling more easily.

Using it on the stairs would be perfect. Vacuuming the stairs is the WORST! Dream space would be a bigger laundry room. After I do laundry now, I have to hang things up to dry all over the place. So the guest room, hallway, and stair railing are also “the laundry room” for now!
My dream space right now is our basement which we’re in the very early stages of finishing discussions. Ideally it will be a space with tons of very organized storage, a small office nook, an under stairs “dry bar” to mostly hold our glasses and beverages, and a cozy place to relax with a couch meant for cuddling!
The best part of this vacuum, beside CRDLESS is the docking station. It would be very practical in my small laundry room. Also my dream space would be if my laundry room was clean and junk free (dehumidifier, personal heater, small ladder, big ladder). so I can actually be able to move there and do and fold laundry in a clean space.
The room of my dreams is a sun porch complete with skylights, lots of windows and a gas fireplace for chillier days.
As for the new Dyson? You had me at cordless. Haha.
I love the cordless feature! That would be helpful so my 1 year old would quit pulling the cord out of the wall. While I am sweeping! He laughs. Thinks it’s funny.

Now that we are expecting our second little love, my dream space is an awesome shared bedroom with the coolest bunk beds you’ve ever seen and a vibe that just oozes fun, play and creativity – and then can easily be contained behind a closed door. 🙂
I LOVE the cordless feature! I am known for stepping on the stupid cord of our vacuum so many times, that we actually had to replace the cord because it became so loose. :-/ Cordless is clearly calling my name!

ummm it’s cordless!!!! that would be perfect in my 2 cat + all-hardwood world (tough life, i know). but really, having just moved into my house, no space is quite my dream space yet. my living room would really benefit since we have a lovely rug that needs cleaning more often than i want to drag up my vacuum!
I would love a carpeted sunroom or enclosed porch. We had one at our last apartment but it was tiny and not well insulated (which is a must in NY winters). I would love to have another one and so would our dogs.
Speaking of dogs, of course this vacuum would be awesome for pet hair everywhere. On the stairs, under the bed, in the carpet, on the hardwood. I would love this vacuum!

I’ve had my eye on a cordless vacuum for a while now. There’s just something about not having to mess with those dang cords that makes vacuuming seem tolerable. Not to mention they’re lightweight! I’ve been told that dyson out performs other brands by a mile. I could really use this!!

I love the fact that the Dyson will go from hardwood to carpet. Now that my little is crawling everywhere you are much more aware of how clean things are. Like the bathroom floor where he likes to sit and wait and watch :). Ha! My dream space is really less about the space and more about the people. Something easy to keep up with, comfy and full of natural light.

Umm… That dyson is amazing. Holy cow! Aside from being cordless my other favorite feature is that it vacuumes up microscopic dust!! That would be perfect for my dream space- my baby’s perfect nursery… Don’t want her inhaling any microscopic dust!!

My dream space would involve punching a hole through the exterior of my house to add a closet to the master bedroom. Think of all the vacuuming I would need to do during THAT renovation…
I have had the Dyson vacuum for pets for years and love what a great job it does on vacuuming up pet hair and with a dog and four cats there’s plenty of that around. The only drawback is carrying the vacuum up and down the stairs and trying to keep the cord from twisting up. I love that this one is cordless and light weight. I’ve never owned a vacuum that has lasted as long as my Dyson, but if the one I have ever bites the dust, this would definitely be the replacement.
I’m living with my in-laws right now, because we sold our house, but haven’t been able to find a new one yet. My dream space is a house of my own. I’d love to win this, though, for whatever house I do move into.
I love that this is the awesome power of Dyson, but cordless. I live in a townhouse with 57 steps, and the cord is always in the way when vacuuming all those steps!
We just moved into our brand spanking new dream home so the entire house is a blank slate dream space! Said house also has carpet everywhere but the kitchen and bathrooms so the fact that it is cordless rocks!

I live in a 700 sq ft apartment so cords don’t bother me too much, but I love that it has super powerful suction. My carpets are still shedding a year after buying them and I’m so sick of the dust bunnies.
my dream space would be to have my parlor done after 2 years of having it ripped apart. Hard wood floors about to go in, I like how it could go from rugs to floor, and picks up microscopic dust — 3 cats, that’s a lot of dust.
I like that the center of gravity is up high, so that it’s not so hard to lug around. I currently have an unfinished dining room that seemingly always needs vacuuming because of our mini messy eaters. I’d love to see this space finished with lots of seating at a huge table. (its a pretty long room)

My dream space would be a dedicated craft room with lots of yarn storage and a big blocking board for finished projects. My favorite part of the Dyson is a tie between the cordless design and the ability to go between carpet and hard floors. Our house is completely tile with a few rugs and the dog hair is taking over!
My dream space would be a walk in closet with enough room for all of our clothes, shoes, and miscellaneous items combined. It would also have a full length mirror and flattering lighting.

I think my favorite features are that it’s cordless and the dust bin is easy to empty. My current dream space is my bedroom – I’d love for it to feel more like a retreat so I can go in and relax before I go to sleep. Hi Katie, I am a 38 year old mom of three wonderful kids. I have recently made a transition and now work from home. Our home is new to us, moving in less than a year ago. Slowly we have been making each room in our house “us” and function for our family. Now that I am home more, learning how our rooms actually function has been an eye opener. If I for once could be completely selfish, my dream space would be in my office. Some where that is incredibly organized and functional, but simple and beautiful. I need a space that encourages me to keep working and stay focused while appealing to the senses. It also doubles as my craft room and storage for all of that stuff that helps make a house a home.

Favorite things about it!?? Wells, that it is tiny, compared to other vacuums, yet still powerful. and being cordless is no-brainer. And the feature that’s most appealing is the vacuuming across hard wood floors. No matter how hard I try sweeping just doesn’t pick up the NYC dust that is constantly invading my apartment (seriously, cups of dirt/dust a week – it’s insane).

My bedroom is my dream space. It is on the 2nd floor of our house and looks out towards Lake Michigan. It is also a bit cumbersome to keep clean because our vacuum is SUPER heavy and is such a pain to lug up and down the stairs. The new Dyson vacuum would solve that problem for us and make the bedroom even more dreamy!

I kinda’ live in my dream space RIGHT NOW. We just moved to a gorg post-and-beam style house outside of Boston with mostly wood floors. And it’s a dream. But keeping my wood floors clean is a nightmare. Wood+area rugs+tile+sand = constantly lugging around my heavy vacuum. My dream space would be clutter free and organized…that’s all I ask for!!!
My dream space is our basement. We’ve been renovating it for over a year. We ripped it down to the studs…actually, we even ripped the studs out and put in new ones. I CANNOT wait for this space to be done so we can have our house back (the rest of the house is storing all the stuff that should be in the basement)!
And the best feature of this vacuum is that you can vacuum the stairs!!!!!! I still lug around a big vacuum to do the stairs and it’s a pain in the you-know-where!
My dream room is a sewing room. I’ve currently commandeered the dining room table for sewing, which means all our meals are eaten on the couch, which is no good. I have a big dog, so being able to vacuum out my car without worrying about the cord would be great.
Um its cordless…. hello. Not to mention Dyson is da bomb. Ive enviously drooled over my moms Dyson for years.
And my dream space would be between the playroom that is currently half painted (in a color that I now hate) and in desperate need of style. Or our office/music nook. Right now it looks like the redheaded stepchild that got shoved in the corner. It need some serious organization and love. And a light fixture since we had to take the old one down and we still haven’t found a new one we like.
the whole hardwoods to carpet thing would be great, b/c we just have area rugs. and stairs are a pain, so the cordless is good. my dream space…my sunroom, really, is my dream space. if we’re aiming high, i’d make it more secluded from the street and neighbors. thanks!

Oh man…. Hubs broke our shark last week and it’s limping along care of Dr. Duct tape. My perfect space would be a finished master bedroom – bright but classic and perfectly organized. Our townhouse is three stories and this would be amazing for our 79542268 stairs.
I’m currently dreaming of my dining room, since we just got a new table and area rug. A deep navy blue and white area rug, which my orange cats can’t seem to keep their fur off of. What jerks, right?! So, obviously, this little vac would be great to use to get that cat fur off the carpet, and small enough to fit under the table without having to move all the chairs out of the way!
I love two features – 1. It’s cordless, and 2. It cleans hard floors! I have dark stained wood floors on most of my main level. And I have a golden retriever. Bad combo for clean looking floors! That cordless vacuum would be awesome!
As for my dream space? Well, I’d like to say thanks for creating that dining room mood board because it’s pretty much exactly what I want to do in my own dining room! But my true dream space would be turning out loft into a library, with chunky wood shelves, comfy seating, photos on the walls, and some great patterns. Let me know if you do a mood board for that… ;o)
An organized room for my infant and toddler! I seem to always change things and still haven’t found a good solution. My favorite feature is the fact its cordless. Our outlets are in odd places so I am constantly unplugging to vacuum the house!
My dream space would be a completely organized house that still managed to be functional.

My favorite features would probably be the docking station, the attachment for stairs/cars/upholstery, and the fact that you just dump the dirt out. We have two dogs that shed everywhere like crazy, and our current vacuum is a 10+ year old rainbow inherited from my grandparents. Works fine, but that water tank gets NAAAASSSTY, you have to clean and sanitize it before pretty much every use, and it’s just generally a pain when you have to vacuum like every day to keep up with dog hair. Also, huge and heavy.
My dream space would be my office/library/craft/dining room. I would love to line two walls with semi industrial bookshelves, then have a dining table in the middle that would primarily function as a craft table. Then round it all out with a nice comfy chair or two for reading in. 🙂

My dream space would be a fun filled play room for my twin boys to enjoy. Grey and blues would cover the walls with green accents, not to mention activities galore that would line the walls.
Not only the fact that Dyson is cordless but light weight would make my dreams come true! Hauling a heavy vacuum around a flight of stairs is no fun!

I love Dyson!!! And, my favorite feature of the DC59 is definitely the balance. I just used my “regular” Dyson to try to clean out my car and it’s a good thing that task wasn’t captured on video. Because it was not pretty. In fact, it was just pretty awkward.
Right now, my dream space is focused around a new car. Specifically, a car that can accommodate my 6’8″ husband, my commute AND a car seat. Oh, and my budget. Maybe if I win a Dyson, I can splurge on something for the car!! Deal!

I have 2 teenagers, a toddler, a dog and a cat.. Needless to say- I sweep and vacuum numerous times a day (well, should)! I would love a CORDLESS vacuum that does BOTH carpet and floors instead of lugging around the one I have now!! 🙂
This cordless Dyson is pretty awesome! My favorite feature is that it can capture “microscopic” dust. If anything can eliminate microscopic dust, I’m a fan. I have allergies which makes it almost impossible to clean my dusty house. This machine would help with my dilemma and it also looks so fancy. I love our current Dyson vacuum which is now going on 8 years old and still holding up like a champ. Thanks for the giveaway.. I hope I get lucky!
I love that it is light and cordless! Our house has lots of stairs, and I hate doing them with our larger dyson.
My dream space is a clean, modern, eat-in kitchen with a banquette by the window. I am impressed by the versatility of the DC59 — it can be a regular vac for carpet or floor and a small handheld for the stairs. Or for getting crumbs off my dream banquette. Wow, that’s awesome!

My dream space is a dedicated craft room/office area. I love to putter around on random projects throughout the day and right now my supplies are sprinkled in every spare nook and cranny I can find. Plus, maybe if I had my own space I would be able to keep my three sweet and ever naughty children out of my messes.
Being that I have three munchkins that live to make their own colossal messes, I like that this Dyson has 3x the suction of other cordless vacuums. Bring it on babies, cause this bad boy can pick up what you’re putting down!!! 🙂

I love the cordless feature of the vacuum (as I’m sure everyone else does too). As a mom who constantly seems to be needing to vacuum, this would make life so much easier!
I absolutely love that it can switch from hard wood floors to carpet. It would be so nice to go straight from the floor to an area rug! And no complaints here that it is cordless!
As for my dream space, I definitely want a lovely, yet comfortable master bedroom. I have fallen in love with Cherry Blossoms and would love that to be the inspiration in an abstract sort of way. Definitely don’t need flower power everywhere!

ITS CORDLESS!!!!!! Who doesn’t love that feature!!! From upstairs to downstairs, carpet to hardwood- no issues! Plus I am pretty sure my 18 month old could figure out how to use it and help his mom out!!
My favorite feature is that it has 3X the suction of other cordless vacuums. I love the convenience of a cordless, but have found they lose “pep” over time.

The cordless feature is definitely my favorite – the cord-wrangling is what makes vacuuming seem like a chore that requires a committment. With this cordless vacuum it’d be easy to get it out for the clean-up of just a small mess, or for doing multiple rooms.
I, too, would like to see my dining room finished! I have a vision for it, and it’s the last room on our main floor that hasn’t been updated to our style. If I could snap my fingers and finish a room, it’d be that one!
I love the pink and that it works on hardwood since I have all hardwood in my home. My dream space would be my master bedroom. It hasn’t been touched since we moved in 4 yrs ago. It has the original light fixture on the ceiling from the 60’s. It has got to go! I’m looking forward to a nice space to crawl into at the end of the day, some day!! I want a warm, layered feel to it. I’m trying to get my husband on the idea of doing a pallet wall to really warm it up 🙂
My dream space would be a spacious great room that my four girls would share as a bedroom, in which gorgeous built in bunkbeds and individual study areas would allow some privacy and individual expression. My current vacuum cleaner is a behemoth that is quite difficult to handle on the stairs, so I love the cordless and lightweight features without sacrificing power.
Honestly my dream space would be my kitchen. If I could open it up and let all the light in from the numerous windows in my living room (and also *ahem* watch some television while I cook). The best part to me is the cordlessness. Nothing more irritating than having to vacuuming around my kitchen chairs and the cord getting caught.
Definitely love that there is no cord! Makes it so easy to do a quick sweep at the end of each day. I have a ton of dream spaces in my head right now since my husband and I move into our first house in 2 weeks!
The Master Bedroom….We just moved into this house, and the room is HUGE! Right now, it’s a clean slate, just waiting for me to make it mine! I LOVE the fact that the Dyson is easy to use on stairs. There are a lot of stairs in this new house!!
Wow, I love the idea of a cordless Dyson! I just finished lugging my old vacuum up and down the stairs. What a pain! My dream space is the kitchen. I love to bake and cook and all things food! My dream includes a wall of double ovens, more storage, Viking range, upgraded stainless appliances, farmhouse sink, tile, new flooring…The works. My pantry would also need an upgrade too, of course, to go with the snazzy new kitchen! P.S. love the upgraded blog!
My dream space is basically a large ultra-efficient room. We’re currently in a small apartment, but I love that I have my desk/workspace, tv/family room, music room, and play area all in the same room. We get to spend time as a family while still doing what we love. The dreamy part of it would be to have it looking a little prettier and have a little more square footage.
I love that the vacuum is cordless. My space may be small, but I hate lugging around a huge vacuum to do one of my least favorite chores. This looks like it would make it a lot more enjoyable.

I love that the vacuum is cordless because I don’t have many outlets in my 100 year old house, so I won’t have to worry about finding an available outlet to run the vacuum. Right now I just avoid vacuuming to avoid that problem. Eek!

As far as the Dyson, I would love a vacuum that is actually powerful! The cordless stick vacuum I have now is pretty wimpy, but with the lack of storage space, I need a smaller vacuum like the Dyson!
My dream space would be my kitchen…it’s just a galley kitchen—with not-so-great painted cabinets and a sink that is slowly un-attaching itself from the counter. Like, it’s literally trying to run away from the rest of the kitchen. I don’t blame it.
I love that the dyson motorhead is…well…pink. And the emptying bin. I am covered in who-knows-what when I empty the bin on our current dyson. Blech.

My dream space would be completed. That’s it! I would just love any part of my home that I could honestly say was FINISHED!! But if I had to pick a specific room, I’d love a laundry room with a sink, a clothes drying space, cabinets, and room to iron while watching TV. Aaaaaaahhhhh.

Right now my dream space is any space that doesn’t look like a toddler tazmanian devil just blew through it holding a squeeze pouch. And that vacuum! I either need that or a dog because with three boys this momma can not keep up with the mess that is my kitchen floor 3x a day!
My dream space would be our bedroom with clean floors and fluffy rugs. We have started but can’t seem to bring it full circle! I LOVE the docking station that this Dyson comes with. The closets we do have in our home are full and there isn’t much unused space where a vacuum wouldn’t stick out (a floor vacuum). To be able to hang it somewhere, possibly on the wall in a closet would be amazing!!

Ummm…that thing looks amazing! I love that it is not only cordless, but also so versatile! I have a dust buster and while it’s great for small things, it can’t really be used for anything very big…even vacuuming the couch takes forever! I also like the color…pink or purple vacuum? Yes please 🙂

Cordless and light weight are the best features of the Dyson – we live in a townhouse with a ton of carpeted stairs so this would be amazing.

My favorite feature is it’s compact size, making it so much easier to vaccuum hard-to-reach spaces like the nooks and crannies of our stairs and underneath large furniture. Current dream space is the safari-themed nursery we are creating for our little one who is due to arrive next month – I love that it has a Pottery Barn feel, but still incorporates pieces with special meaning to us, like the bookshelf and changing table my husband built.
I really want to makeover our master bedroom. Paint on the walls and trim, that is after I caulk it all. Maybe I’ll even try my hand at diy-ing a tufted headboard.

One of my many dream spaces is my workshop downstairs. It is large enough for projects big and small, but keeping the floors clean in the shop and the stairs leading upstairs is a bit tricky. We have basement flooding issues that make area rugs, drywall and clutter a big “no no”. Those Dyson on a stick vacs look like they can tackle my bare cement floors, spots under cabinets and up the stairs easier. They could help suck up the spider nests in the rafters and behind fixtures that scare my kids from cleaning down here. As much fun as it is to say that my workshop is guarded by mutant spiders, I’d like the Dyson vac to keep their numbers in check:)

Cordless feature is great! Plus the fact it does stairs and stuff like that. How cool is that? My dream space is my master bedroom. For years it has been the “catch-all” room, you know where something doesn’t have a place to live, it goes to live in Mom’s room. Also, my husband works from home and his “office” is in our bedroom. Needless to say, it needs some drastic help!

My dream space at the moment is the master bathroom. We have just had it remodeled and are ready to decorate it with pretty rugs, towels, cabinet hardware, etc.! I love that the Dyson Motorhead is cordless, can be used on both hard floors (tile) and rugs, and is small enough to be stored/docked in the closet, because having it RIGHT THERE means it will be used regularly!
It looks light. The ad mentioned perfect balance, and if you can easily switch from floors to things up higher, that would be amazing. It would be a breeze to do stairs 🙂
I appreciate the the dyson cleans as well on hardwood as on carpet, since we have both! My dream space would be a finished nursery- my poor son is 4.5 months and his room still looks like a disaster area.
I love that it’s cordless! Amazing! No more tripping over cords as I fanatically vacuum before friends stop by. My living room would be my dream makeover – it just doesn’t suit me. But for now, it’s functional, so I won’t whine too much.

Dream room is the library in Beauty and the Beast. Not kidding. I’d live with him for that library. Favorite detail about the vacuum? Um, it’s CORDLESS! That’s a huge game changer and would make vacuuming so much faster!
My dream space would be an updated kitchen with cabinets that aren’t a woodgrain-y, yellowish oak color. I love our layout, but the cabinets aren’t anywhere close to a dream for me. I LOVE the idea of using the handheld Dyson in the car. I would never think to do that, but I have quite a few Goldfish in the cracks that need to be removed.
My dream space is the nook in my master bedroom that I’m turning into a sitting room. My husband just put in some beautiful built ins for books (and let’s be real a TV too). Now the fun part, picking out cozy his and her’s chairs, pretty pillows, flowing drapes and some beautiful pictures.
I love that the Dyson is cordless. My cord only let’s me reach the top and bottom steps so the middle rarely gets vacuumed (so embarrassing). My daughter will be crawling soon so I’ll have to get better about vacuuming.
My dream space would be an organized breakfast / entry area because ours is a complete dumping group! I love the way the dyson can go on hard surfaces and carpet because we have a lot of both in our house, and its a paid to pull out two different types of sweepers!

Favorite feature – how easy it is to clean all kinds of spaces. Let me tell you about the spiderwebs, dusty crown molding, and car (ugh, just the thought of my gross car makes me shiver). No dragging my gigantic vacuum and plugging it in in my bathroom, snaking the coord through a tiny window, and then standing on the sidewalk trying to reach hard places in my car parked on the street with the giant machine/coord next to me.
Favorite space is definitely my porch. swing, comfy/cute cushion, cute little owl and copper bucket decorations, slate tile, lantern light…very nice 🙂

My dream space is another room in our house. I imagine it to be a play room where toys can be thrown (I mean neatly organized) into one space, but the reality is that my kids are getting big and it probably makes more sense for them to each have their own room to throw posters, footballs, and a bajillion stuffed animals into. As long as all the rooms have doors that shut so I can pretend that they aren’t using duct tape to hang up 4000 One Direction posters.

My dream space is a dining room with the table you have (swoon!), upholstered Louis XVI chairs, a drum shade pendant in a neutral color, and beautiful art on the walls. Also, storage in a vintage sideboard would be handy.
My favorite feature of the Dyson is that it’s a DYSON! So good. The cordless thing helps too. 🙂
My dream space–a master bedroom with a reading area just for me, including a comfy chair by a nice window, a fireplace, and a table for my glass of wine. I feel more relaxed just thinking about it. Unfortunately my current master bedroom doubles as an office and is often populated by two small people who think they run this place…but a girl can dream.
My favorite thing about the Dyson is that it’s cordless. My car could sure use some attention, as could just about every carpeted surface in this house.
That it works well on hardwood surfaces and carpet! A dream!
my dream space would be (and is) my office… if the kitty litter box was moved :/ between the litter and a partner who loves to wear shoes in the house, I vacuum.. ALOT. A Dyson would be very well used around here. I think the flexibility (long to short, and back again!) are the best features— i’m a *ahem* vertically challenged woman and this would eliminate a lot of frustration when i vacuum. This would be in daily use at our house!
i love the lift off feature- the handle becomes this cute little vacuum. and, it’s pink! my dream space would have lots of space to sit, new carpet, coffered ceilings, and feel very collected. i’d also have a space for everything so cleaning and organizing wouldn’t be the nightmare it is now!
My dream space: a cozy living room with lots of throw blankets, pillows, and a shag rug. And also NO dirt on the floors or rug…. hence the beauty of a dyson. Plus, it’s cordless?… awesome!
That is my dream vacuum right there! Vacuuming is actually my favorite chore, except when it comes to stair. I love that the Motörhead is easy to lift up due to the gravity being near the grip. Also, it would be EXTRA cool to win because we recently moved cross country and my husband was in charge of packing. When we got to our destination I discovered he had DONATED our Dyson instead of bringing it!!! I miss that thing!
I’m working on having any dream space in our house. I think my ideal would be a cozy living room that is impeccably clean in a white/grey/accents of blue color scheme.

Whoops, forgot to add that my dream space is the kitchen. I’ve never had one that I liked. I’d get some luxe countertops and stainless steel appliances for sure!
cordless, lightweight and three times the suction. I really need to make two guest rooms out of my daughters bedrooms. Time to spruce up the place.

My dream space is my new family room/dining room that we just added to our 55 year old house (originally 912 sq. ft). Coffered ceiling in the big room that I love! I want this Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner because of the “cordless” feature and also better suction power than other cordless vacs.
WAIT! Hold the phon…. I mean cordless vacuum. Where are those dining room curtains from?? I love them.
Ok, back to topic, my fav part is that it’s a dyson. Cheating? Okay, then umm that it’s lightweight. And cordless. And cute. Can a vacuum be cute? YES!!

My dream space would be to finish our currently unfinished basement into a playroom and laundry room with lots of storage in both. Go storage. And that vacuume is CORDLESS, does there need to be another attribute better than that when you have toddler boys? Nope.
Cordless, usable on hardwood floors and stairs is my dream come true. We currently don’t have a vacuum and have almost 2 yr old twins + a dog + a house with no carpet. A broom isn’t cutting it anymore
My dream space would be the master bedroom. I love Dyson vacuums – the suction on them is the best and not having to deal with a cord would be even better!
Dyson – I loved that it can go from hardwood to carpet without adjusting settings, and the bin emptying without touching the dirt is great!
Dream Space – definitely a place of my own (currently have roommates) with concrete floors, lots of hardwood furnishings. Very modern. 🙂
I love that the dyson easily vacuums the stairs!! That is my least favorite place to vacuum because I hate lugging the heavy thing up and down. My dream space would be our soon to be nursery since we are expecting our first baby!! 🙂 I would love to have an animal theme with soft muted colors of all sorts that would work for a boy or girl. A mixture of white wood and natural wood and a big plush chair for lots of rocking.

Ah my dream space would be MORE space! I’d love a play room AND a dining room AND a living room, but alas, we shall combine all 3 until we can get more space 🙂 And I LOVE cordless. Obviously with the lack of space, there is a lot of stuff to move around, so cordless would be PHENOMENAL!!

I love how lightweight and easily portable this vacuum is! I am so tired of my pull behind vacuum taking out my heals every time I move! This one looks like a dream to use!
My dream space is my daughter’s big girl room. She had a beautiful nursery, but I’m struggling to put her big girl bedroom together. My favorite feature of the vacuum is that it’s cordless. One of our dogs chewed on the cord to our Dyson Animal, so it would be nice to not have to worry about that happening again!

For me, the best feature is definitely that it’s cordless. We just moved into a townhouse (with our two cats) so I’m lugging our old, giant vacuum up and down stairs daily. Luckily for me, my dream space is in the works thanks to our move! 🙂 I’m in the process of creating a relaxing, organized office space where I can craft to my heart’s desire and wrestle with my temperamental sewing machine. I’d love to have a bigger budget, but for me (right now) any clutter-free zone where I can be alone to think is a dream!
My dream space is the master bedroom. We are currently under a DIY renovation which is taking twice as long to complete, so I’ll be so happy to get back in that space.
The portability is my favorite feature. I have 4 pets so hair goes everywhere; I vacuum daily.
I would love a walk-in closet with separate storage for bags, shoes, sweaters and dresses…that counts as a room, right?? My favorite feature of the Dyson is actually that it is so slim and compact – I live in a tiny NYC apartment, so anything that can fit into tight spaces is a must- have!
We have been talking about turning the patio off our bedroom into a giant walk-in closet. For now that’s my dream space. I like that this vacuum goes from carpet to hard surface easily.
Cordless! Oh man, that would be nice. When trying to keep our hardwood floors clean I have to make the crappy choice between the broom which doesn’t get everything or the shop vac (don’t ask) that has a super short cord and tips over easily. This would make my housekeeping life so much easier!
Love the fact that it’s cordless! And I think 24 minutes of cleaning time would last for just about everything I’d want to vacuum at a time.

Mine would be to transform the smallest bedroom in the house (that still has bunk beds) but is currently occupied by bins of two college men (- yikes!) home for summer now that younger brother has shifted his permanent environs to the larger spaces. ALL three are too big for bunks now, but don’t mind when friends come offering them up for a sleepover space. This is where all the books and toys I hope to keep for grandchildren (along with a lot of other flotsam and jetsam I could get to goodwill) have come to rest. Must make this room functional for full size son visits and jettison the heritage stuff to the garage shelves until I really do have grands [and not anytime soon i hope!!!]. I think I could even slipcover two of the headboards but not sure that two beds will work in there if not stacked.
as for the lovely giveaway . . . I’m impressed by the dust and hair that dysons get up but must admit the hot pink is just . . girly hot. For a mom of boys, i take my feminine joy where I can . . watching them vaccuumn with pink would work for me . .

With two little kids, right now my dream space would be clean and without clutter! My favorite feature is definitely that it’s CORDLESS.
My dream room would be a kitchen with skylights. I would love to get more natural light in my house! As for the Dyson, I love that it maintains the powerful suction, even while being cordless. I’m using a cordless vacuum right now but have definitely noticed the lack of power compared to my more conventional, corded one.
My dream space is ALSO a playroom, where the kids chaos can live contained (ha!) and still be close enough to me that I can keep an ear on them! I love that dyson’s last forever and just plain work.

I love that it is light weight and cordless and that I could go from our wood entry and dining room floors right onto the great room carpet! Being light weight and cordless would be a bonus on our stairs. Our current vacuum is a big heavy death trap on our carpeted stairs.

We still have exposed concrete floors in our master bedroom (flooring is coming!) and a completely unfinished laundry rooms, so both of those spaces are on my ‘dream room’ mind these days! I will definitely echo that my favorite thing about the Dyson is that it’s cordless. We have an older home, and get to an outlet is a pain. Also: children. We have children and I could vacuum twice a day and still never keep up. This might help with that some! 🙂
My dream space is a sunroom that is bright and airy. I love the traditional/modern feel with a touch of coastal accents. With summer coming to an end, any space that will help me imagine that I am on the beach and it is 75 degrees would be wonderful!.
I love that it is cordless! I hate dragging around our vacuum up and down our multi-level house and having to constantly plug/unplug/plug it in.
Dream room = bright + calm + beachfront (hey, a Pittsburgher can dream!)
And the cordless feature is amazing. I currently tend to sweep my stairs because the cord makes it impossible to vaccuum …plus my current vaccuum is an old behemoth.

Love, love, love the fact that its cordless and could easily do my carpeted stairs that lead down to the finished basement – which just happens to be my dream room. It needs a total overhaul to turn it from dark & dreary to light & airy and space you want to spend time in!
I have a Dyson Animal & love it but it can be a little bulky for stairs so love this new model.
